Does Inbox Agent automatically send AI replies?

No. AI Drafts prepares a response for you to review. You can edit it, delete it or send it yourself when you’re happy with it.

Nudge Sequences are different. These are follow-up emails you deliberately configure in advance to send automatically if the conversation remains unanswered.

AI Draft assistance can also be switched off.

Does every incoming email get an AI Draft?
