Supported information includes details such as name, location, company, previous company, role, education, skills and industries. Email and phone updates can also be enabled.
No. Data Refresh needs relevant new information and enough confidence that it has matched the right record before applying an update. If those conditions aren’t met, the record won’t simply be changed for the sake of it.
Recent changes are protected. If a field has been manually changed, updated from a resume or updated through Notetaker, Data Refresh leaves that field untouched for 30 days. Other fields on the same record can continue refreshing normally.
Yes. Admins can protect specific fields, select which contact types Data Refresh should update and use Data Refresh-specific field mappings where needed.
Admins can see recently refreshed contacts and totals showing how many contacts and fields have been refreshed. A refresh can mean information changed, or that SourceWhale checked the information and verified that it was already current.
Data Refresh works in the background as new provider information is received and processed. Updates are processed periodically rather than being guaranteed in real time.
