We know that the use of AI in recruitment is something that is becoming much more prevalent. The kind of what’s called open prompting nature of things like ChatGPT means that it can often be difficult for recruiters to know exactly what type of things they have to write to actually get back the content that they need to be able to produce something that’s useful for them.
So what we’ve done with WhaleGPT, we’ve looked at the most common use cases that recruiters have from a headhunting and business development approach, and we’ve created this new guided prompting feature which is going to make things much more simple and much more effective at actually generating content that recruiters can use each and every single day.
So now when a recruiter uses WhaleGPT, they’re going to be presented with a number of different options and those options will be different depending on which campaign they’re using. So from a business development perspective, I’ve got a couple of choices. I’m either doing outreach to kind of offer my services, chasing a lead, for example, or maybe I’m marketing a specific candidate.
I can then select whether this is for initial outreach or if it’s a follow up message. I can choose the tone. So is it professional or casual? Is it friendly? And then it gives me some prompts and some information to enter to allow it to create that information for me. When I generate that, it gives me a couple of different options.
So it’ll give me two subject lines that I can choose from. It’ll give me two bodies of content that I can choose from. I can regenerate that if I don’t like it and get some other options. I can also let the system know if I like or dislike it, which allows it to continuously improve and also become much more aligned with the way in which I want to use my messaging each and every single day, which is a massive, massive piece of this.
What this means for our customers is, we’ll be able to allow them to create the baseline of their message using WhaleGPT. We’ll then empower them to enhance that content by using Content Coach, building something that’s likely to get results. And we’ll then give them the information that they need to personalize that messaging by using Company Insights inside the LinkedIn extension.
Which is why I’m really, really excited for this to get out there.
